Refund Policy

⚠ Important Notice: All purchases made through GetFileSense are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

GetFileSense operates a strict no-refund policy. All charges for subscription plans — whether monthly ($7.99/month) or annual ($69.99/year) — are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to:

  • Initial subscription purchases
  • Automatic subscription renewals
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time remaining on any active subscription period
  • Charges made during a period when the account was unintentionally active

We recommend that you evaluate the Service using the free Duplicate Finder feature before purchasing a Pro subscription.

2. Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • You will not be charged again after your current period ends.
  • Access to AI Organizer Pro features will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
  • Your account and the free Duplicate Finder feature will remain accessible indefinitely.

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription within the application, or contact us at contact@getfilesense.com.

3. Automatic Renewals

Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another billing period and your payment method will be charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

4. Exceptions

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances may arise. In cases of verified duplicate charges due to a billing system error on our part, we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction. This is not a general refund but a billing error correction. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge at contact@getfilesense.com with your transaction ID and a description of the error.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute.

6. Free Tier

The Duplicate Finder feature is free of charge. As no payment is required for this feature, no refund terms apply to its use.
